Background and Approach

CA Registered Associate #130212

My journey into this profession began with my own experience of therapy and the profound impact it had on my life. As I experienced meaningful healing and personal growth, I developed a passion for helping others discover that same sense of hope, freedom, and transformation. Over the past decade of personal development, graduate training, and more than six years of clinical experience working with individuals, groups, and couples, I have dedicated my career to helping clients move beyond survival and begin creating lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

I believe effective therapy balances compassion with practical action. My approach follows three guiding phases. First, we build a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, and collaboration. Next, we develop practical strategies that help you experience greater stability in your daily life, relationships, and emotional well-being. Once that foundation has been established, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other evidence-based approaches to help process unresolved experiences, shift deeply rooted beliefs, and create lasting emotional change.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, burnout, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting high-achieving professionals, early career adults, and individuals working to break longstanding emotional and relational patterns that may no longer serve them.

My work is collaborative, encouraging, and goal-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Gottman Method interventions, and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Whether we are addressing present-day challenges or deeper emotional wounds, my goal is to help you experience greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose.

My practice focuses on helping adults and couples heal from the emotional experiences that continue to influence their relationships, self-worth, and everyday lives. I specialize in working with anxiety, complex trauma, low self-esteem, burnout, and relationship concerns while supporting clients in building healthier patterns, stronger communication, and greater emotional resilience.
